Inspired by the warm weather, we opened 3 bottles of high end Oregon Chardonnay to taste blind. It’s great to see the consistent acidity, texture, and depth of flavor across all three bottles. We’re so excited to drink these now, and to see where Oregon Chardonnay is going in the future. We taste the 2016 Vintages of Elusive Queen from Big Table Farm, the EGW from 00 wines, and the X Novo from Walter Scott.
