Wine Is Serious Business 360: An Aged Vertical Of Domaine Drouhin Oregon Salud Cuvee
Local collectors Heidi and Ken offered to share some rare and wonderful bottles from their collection with WISB. These special bottlings are made to be sold at the ¡Salud! The Oregon Pinot Noir Auction every year, with the proceeds being used to provide health care for the many workers that travel to Oregon every year to work in the vineyards. These wines show great vintage character, and demonstrate the quality that went into the selections for these auctions. We taste a magnum of the 1998, and 750mL bottles of 2002, 2003, and 2004.
